Common Tests Coming.... :( Monday, July 21, 2008
Hey all!Been 1 week plus since I last updated.Aiya...sian...Just one month after the start of the term and now common tests!uhh...
I didn't take VE today cause I had this " Cyber-Gaming Addiction" course thingy that I had to attend with a Jin Hao. And there was only about 10 other people there.I thought that there would be a lot...The whole thing was just lame. The first day we were supposed to introuduce ourselves and play ice breaking games. The ice didn't break though,as I got grouped up with 2 emo girls that don't response when I talk to them.Well,at least I have Jin Hao to talk to.
Like I said, to me the course is a waste of time. I'm not addicted to either Cyber Gaming or the Computer. And even if I am, I would want to stay that way. I don't want to stop using the computer. I don't see it as a problem. Look at Brian. Online all day.Online almost as much as me. Currently online as well. Look at him score those tests. That's evidence enough using too much of the computer doesn't affect our studies. Even if it does, it affects us in a good way by pulling our grades up, since Brian's grades are so high.
DAMN!Hate it! I think I have to start mugging already... I can't possibly survive the tests if I study only on the week itself. But, I think I'm too lazy to do it...Sigh...Just hope I'll be able to motivate myself.
Anyway, my friend, Joshua, who's a Singapore PR and a China foreigner who's a Malaysian, who studies in China currently and is now in Singapore for his summer break, had a sleepover at my house last saturday and sunday.Is is considered the last?Its just 2 days ago.
Anyway, we bought Guitar Hero : On Tour for the DS together during Saturday, and we just kept playing lol.The Guitar Duel mode is so much fun.You would know if you had watch the video I posted of Guitar Hero.
Well, we had fun and I even showed him the movie Death Note, and since he's the type of person who reads a lot of thick storybooks(but he's not a nerd.Well,you could consider him a bookworm,but he's not a worm)so I thought he might enjoy the rich storyline Death Note had to offer. Yeah, but time flys when you're having fun, so before we knew it, it was sunday night and he had to leave.
Well, I'm looking forward to the Sentosa trip I' having with Joshua, Qiao Yan(Josh's friend/school mate) and Daren. Let me explain why and how Daren is involved.You won't belive it.
Qiao Yan is actually Daren's primary school friend who went China to study for reasons unknown to me. And there, he met Joshua, who's my primary school friend and best friend, who went to China to study because his father had to go there to work.
What a coincidence, right?Anyway, yeah, I'm looking forward to it.
Hey, if there is ANY girl reading this, I'd like to ask you something. What kind of a guy would you like? His qualities, blah blah blah etc etc etc. Don't ask me why I'm asking you people this.And, write your answer in the tagboard.By doing so, it'll be a great help :D , so thanks.
I have this idea of posting a video of myself singing on youtube and then asking people to comment on it.Like, areas I can improve in, and how to...What do you guys think? And when I say "guys", I don't mean boys/male, I mean everyone.And comment of this idea in the tagboard.
