Hoorah! Common Tests Over! Saturday, February 28, 2009
Hey people!
Only came back about an hour ago from ELDDS, TEDS, Service and Cell-Group Meeting.
Well, today during ELDDS, we had to film a run of our SYF play so that Yan (Our Director),
can show it to other schools Yan is working with.
And, well, I wasn't doing all that well in that run. Just yesterday, we cut out some lines and added some lines. And I hadn't memorised the new lines yet. That was a problem for me. Another thing is new expressions and actions. Haven't mastered them yet, but still had to be filmed doing all those stuff I'm not used to doing it.
And because we were filming it, we had to wear our costumes and stuff. I had to wear a long-sleeve collar shirt, TUCKED IN, long pants and the worse of all, SUSPENDERS!
Ahh..My first SYF and I have to look stupid. Aww well, its for the play.
Wow, today's TEDS training was hot, hot, hot!
The sun was shining our faces so intensely.
And I got a really bad sun burn.
Wonder If I'll get Skin Cancer if this continues.
Went for Service, and Pastor Kong continued part 3 of the series, "His Needs, Her Needs".
It was HILARIOUS!
Especially the parts with the Drama John and Mary.
After that, went to this guy called Jordan's house for cell-group meeting.
He's a very kind guy.
Didn't know most of us yet he still offered his house.
So after that, took MRT to Bukit Batok and walked home.
Today was a long and tiring day, left home at 8am and reached home at 9pm.
Had to even rush in between all the activities.
And its so sad, I always can't join the TEDS people for Mac after training cause I've got to rush down for service.
My weekends are always so packed!
So now, after the common tests, I feel a little bit less stressed.
I have more time now, cause I don't have to spend AS much as before the common tests studying.
But there's still more to come, so the pressure's still there.
And 'O' Levels!
Seems far away, but its really actually really near to us.
Getting closer,
and closer.
Wow, really tired now.
Tomorrow I'll have a few hours of time at home so I can do my homework then.
Thank God I still have sufficient time to rest.
Its just too bad I don't really have much time to play video games now.
But I've gotten over it, so it doesn't really matter anymore :)
Do you notice I always write a lot in a post.
And its more of like a compo instead of other blogs.
Where its so casual and full of random stuff.
